Massachusetts OKs same sex marriage licenses for New Mexico residents. JURIST (online) — City and town clerks in Massachusetts may issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples from New Mexico, according to recent instructions from the Massachusetts Registry of Vital Records.
Same-sex couples from N.M. allowed to marry in Mass. BOSTON (The Boston Globe). Same-sex couples from New Mexico are now eligible to marry in Massachusetts, state officials ruled this month, after determining that the Southwestern state does not explicitly ban gay marriage.

Same sex commitments worth celebrating. NC (Go Triad) — The Times printing gay wedding/celebration announcements was important to me for obvious reasons. Any time gay relationships are treated equally — not for better or worse, not for richer or poorer, but equally — is an affirmation for all gays.
