Connecticut Art Museum Engagement Session: Eva & Sara
Eva and Sara met in graduate school, at the Campus LGBT Center, where Eva worked. Sara came for a lunch meeting on a day when Eva planned a Center cleaning. The lunch session turned into coffee, other lunches, and the rest is history.
The brides chose the Florence Griswold Museum as the location for their October 2014 engagement session as they both have a love for the arts and it was one of their first date locations after moving to Connecticut.
In particular, Ms. Griswold’s devotion to supporting the arts by using her property as an artist colony aligns not only with their love for the arts, but also for supporting local artists. In addition, the grounds are magnificent and serene. It is a place the brides visit at least twice each year.
