Minnesota Historic Theater Engagement: Travis & Nicholas

From Travis and Nicholas’ wedding website: “Our first date was on Friday, February 28, 2014.  It was an amazing date and we both could feel the chemistry between us. Nicholas was the brave one and asked Travis for a second date on the following Sunday and invited him to breakfast at Patrick’s in Edina, MN.  Over the next few months we continued to learn more about each other, our love grew, and we knew that our bond expanded.”

“We took our first trip together in May 2014 to New York City, a city that is very special to both of us. New York is always a memorable place no matter how many times you visit and we were able to have an amazing weekend with friends, and the city herself. In early August, we spent a fun weekend in Duluth for Nicholas’ class reunion. Travis could tell that Nicholas was a little on edge all weekend, especially for our plans when we returned to Minneapolis.”

“After an amazing dinner, and some Izzy’s Ice Cream, we took a walk through Gold Medal Park near the Mississippi River and Stone Arch Bridge. It was at the top of the hill that Nicholas proposed to a very surprised Travis. With a definite YES, we were engaged on August 3, 2014.”
