Historic Richmond Virginia Mansion Wedding: Jason & Bobby

Megan Garrison Photography

June 18, 2016

Jason and Bobby chose a lovingly-restored historic Richmond, Virginia mansion as the site of their summer wedding, not only for its ambience, but for the convenience of hosting all of their family on-site. Removing travel complications from their wedding weekend streamlined the logistics and helped create a stress-free and magical event. The venues wedding planning team also kept things going on the wedding day.

The grooms chose Mardi Gras colors as their palette which inspired their DIY centerpieces and cake toppers. Their top priorities were good food and great music.

If Jason and Bobby could offer advice to other couples, they would recommend that they “shop around and realize that flowers are easy to do yourself.” They suggest not worrying too much about decorations and accessories that just need to be transported there and back.
