Midnight Ranch: Lindsay & Suzanne

If you’re getting stressed out planning a one day wedding, take note: These brides pulled off THREE days of festivities, without a glitch! Lindsay & Suzanne were married on August 27, 2011 at Midnight Ranch, about 30 miles north of Steamboat Springs, the oldest ski resort in Colorado.

The party kicked off on Friday night with s’mores, stargazing, and story-telling.
On Saturday morning, everyone had breakfast together, and those who were up for it took a hike and played lawn games. There was plenty of free time for everyone to mingle and get to know each other, which was exactly what the brides had hoped for. The ceremony took place outdoors, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. When it was over, the brides rode alone on a paddle boat just across the lake, where they took a moment to themselves before their family and friends joined them under a tent for the reception and dinner. The brides were lucky to have musician friends, and The Patti Fiasco band provided entertainment and kept guests on the dance floor.
On Sunday morning, everyone gathered one last time for brunch and mimosas before leaving the mountains behind. These brides truly showed that where there’s a will there’s a way; especially when family and friends are willing to step in to help make it happen.
