Texas European Chateau Wedding Inspiration Session
Photographer Dawn Browne teamed up with several talented colleagues to bring to life an idea she’d had for awhile: a destination wedding at home. Recently, she encountered many couples who wanted to hold a wedding abroad, but found finances or family concerns made such a wedding impossible. With this in mind, she challenged the team to concoct a premier destination wedding experience without the travel worries.
Browne’s other priority was that the shoot be centered around a male couple. She recognized that men are sometimes left out of wedding planning. Browne really wanted to do something grooms could see as inspiration and that generated excitement.
The beautiful displays of food are all typical of what you would find in the south of France, including various cheeses, garlic-stuffed olives and marinated artichoke hearts. She wanted to capture the European tradition of “dining as an event worth savoring.”
