My fiance and I want to get married within the next 10 months, so this location did not work time wise, but we had a great experience when looking at it. The place was nicely lit and they had sample food out for visitors, which was a really nice touch. The food was delicious. We met with Ashley on a Saturday. My fiance and I talked about how welcoming she was and we got to enjoy looking at the place, without feeling the high pressure of a salesperson. Ashley was very knowledgeable and could answer my family's endless question. If the Villa has your date I highly recommend it.

We actually didn't choose the Villa for our venue, but Kristen made our experience so great that I have to write a review! The Villa was one of the first venues that we toured and we absolutely loved it. Kristen was so accommodating the whole time and answered all of our questions. She even gave us some appetizer samples and gave us a written quote on the spot. This helped us so much. Kristen met with my mom for a second view and followed up with emails. I never felt that Kristen was being pushy in us making our decision, she really genuinely cared about us during our search. The Villa is an absolutely beautiful venue, the Grand Ballroom especially is absolutely breath taking. You can tell that The Villa, especially Kristen, care about weddings and all of their brides/grooms. I would highly recommend the Villa and I know you'd be happy working with Kristen!

Our oldest of four daughters got engaged. She had an 18 month engagement, chose The Villa, & it was fabulous!!! I could go on & on, but the most important thing is that it all went so smoothly that it seemed almost too easy. This was our first experience planning a wedding. The Sapphire Event Group knows the business. They are so professional!! The entire evening went off with out a hitch. It just flowed, never seemed choppy (like some we've attended), & everything was perfect!!! We could not be any happier!!! Our event coordinator was Angela Lam. She's wonderful at her job!!! If you're planning a wedding, I suggest you contact them. You will be very happy that you did!!!

The team at The Villa and Saphire Event Group pulled off the wedding of my dreams. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process from day one when we toured the venue to the wedding day. The Villa was the first and only venue my husband and I toured and we knew this was the perfect place for us. The Grand Ballroom is AMAZING! The cocktail hour lounge is roomy for all your guests and the ballroom has a classic and beautiful look. Stephanie, our coordinator, went above and beyond her job to make the planning process as smooth as it could be. She was there on the wedding day to handle everything, even holding my dress train and to make sure there was plenty of champagne for us girls. My bridal attendant, Lea, was my best friend that night and made sure we had plenty of drinks, appetizers and anything else we needed. The team at The Villa are the best in the business, they pay attention to details and they know how to put on the wedding of your dreams. I could go on and on about their customer service, but another important part was the food! Our guests kept coming up to us telling us how delicious everything was. I couldn’t be happier with the entire day. It really was the best day of my life and The Villa team made that possible.

Where do we start! The Villa was our first and only venue we looked at. We met with Patti 2 years priors to our wedding because we wanted a specific date. She showed us all 3 Venus and we fell in love with the tent. It has beautiful landscape grounds and the pergola is gorgeous. The tent has beautiful chandeliers and the open concept is great for any size wedding. We first met our coordinator Stephanie in February for our food testing and we immediately hit it off! We are so happy she was our coordinator and made everything so simple from the lighting to the problem solver! She knew exactly what we wanted and made our vision come to life! She was super easy to talk to and understanding and helpful with all our our issues and small last minute changes. Nothing was ever an issue and it made the whole wedding planing process a breeze. She gave us ideas for when we weren’t sure of how to set up decorations or the procession and we are so happy of her ideas and how she executed them! She really made everything perfect. She is amazing at what she does! The food was outstanding and everyone was raving about it. Choosing the food was so difficult because everything is incredible! The bridal suite in the tent is so nice and large enough for a big bridal party. The staff made sure me and my wife were stocked with food and drinks for the entire night always getting us new drinks or more food without us even asking. It truly was the best day ever and I couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else!

I can't even put into words how amazing our wedding was last weekend at the Villa. From the first meeting with our coordinator Elizabeth I knew we were in good hands. I have had people calling me all week saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. From the AMAZING food, to the coordinators who set up all of our decorations perfectly, to the attentiveness of every single person working with us all night. Not many brides can say that their wedding day was better then they could have imagined.

Hillary and my bridal attendant Mary were both awesome during the entire wedding. Beautiful , breathtaking venue and the staff are very proffesional. During the planning process, Hillary made everything so smooth and walked us through every single step. Our wedding, June 10, 2018, was one of the best days of our lives, especially having it at this spectacular location!! Wishing I can go back and do it all over again!! The food is amazing in here and their proffesionalism goes beyond when it comes to making the day perfect ! again, I will do it all over again if i could!!! My fiance and I will be forever thanksful.

We got married in the Grand Ballroom a little over a week ago and I cannot express how perfect the day was. My husband(!) and I fell in love with the space as soon as we toured The Villa a little over two years ago. During our tour, Ashley (Sales Coordinator) was great and answered all of our questions – and even provided us with some appetizers and cookies to sample! Over our two-year engagement, I found wedding planning to be a very special form of stress, but the knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive staff at the Saphire Event Group made the process as easy as possible. As soon as we were assigned to Emma, our event producer, I knew we were in good hands and our wedding day would be perfect. Emma never faltered when I sent a flurry of what I consider to be crazy emails, and she always has a smile on her face! I was particularly worried about the rehearsal going smoothly, but Emma took charge and made sure everything was in order and that all bridal party members knew what to do. Throughout the process, I knew we could count on Emma – her attention to detail is amazing! Our wedding day was perfect – we truly could not have asked for anything else. The décor and arrangement of our decorations was exactly what I wanted. The food was amazing, and we received many compliments from our guests. Emma made all of my (our) dreams come true! I also want to give a special shout out to our amazing bridal attendant Bree. I cannot imagine how I would have survived the day without you by my side! We highly recommend The Villa and the Saphire Event Group!! Thank you to everyone at The Villa for making our special day magical and one we will remember and treasure for many years to come! This is the best place to have your reception in my opinion!! My husband and I had our reception at the Villa in the tent, it was our dream wedding! The staff at the Villa were amazing, they were so attentive and helpful throughout the whole night. Stephanie was our wedding coordinator and she truly is the best!! She helped make everything throughout the planning process so easy and smooth and was very responsive whenever I had a random question here and there. Everything was setup exactly the way we imagined it to be when we arrived. Thank you so much Stephanie, Leah, and Michelle and the rest of the amazing staff at the Villa!! We can’t say enough great things about this place, we couldn’t be happier.

The Villa at Ridder Country Club was ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE. From the very beginning the girls were amazing and the dedication never dropped throughout the whole process. Ashley was so nice and helpful throughout the entire beginning process, then we got our event producer Stephanie and she is seriously the best. One of the nicest human beings you will ever meet! She is so nice, personable, answered any question we threw at her no matter how small or dumb. She was always so attentive and made us feel like we were the only couple she had. I could not have been more pleased with her and the rest of the staff! Everyone has been raving about the food! The atmosphere and decor is just gorgeous and classy. It was a picture perfect day!

I married my best friend on April 27th, 2018. We went away for a week on a beautiful honeymoon the next day. Now that we have settled back into reality, I’ve had some time to reflect. I decided that I’d like to invent some sort of repeat button, so that I can keep reliving my wedding day at The Villa again. Everyone that tells you, “It goes by so fast”, is correct. I had the pleasure of working with Saphire Event Group and had my ceremony and reception at The Villa at Ridder Country Club. It was everything we could’ve imagined and more. I had looked at multiple venues on the South Shore and once I went to The Villa, I knew that was it. Every person that we encountered throughout the course of planning our wedding with Saphire Event Group, exuded professionalism, demonstrated impeccable attention to detail and had a great energy. It started with our first time viewing the venue and meeting Ashley and ended with our wedding day staff and rock star bridal attendant Maria (bless her for dealing with all of us) But our special attention goes to our wedding producer Stephanie. She is patient, amazing to work with and unbelievable at what she does. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns that any crazy brides like myself would have. Stephanie made this experience very special for my husband (still strange to say husband) and I. Our wedding guests are still talking about the food. My husband also has a gluten allergy that the venue was more than willing to accommodate, offering sweet and savory gluten free menu items during our tasting so that he could enjoy that part of the process just like I was. Our hats are off to the chefs that delivered an experience that folks are still talking about. We can’t thank Saphire Event Group and the staff at The Villa for creating one of the best days of our lives. Richelle & Joe April 27th, 2018
