We used the hotel for our wedding block for our out of town guest. We wanted something that was close to the airport and things to do so they didn't need to spend more money on a rental car. Our guests loved the comfy rooms and the location of the hotel! Reston Town Center had over 20 shops and restaurants to meet anyone's needs. The bonus was Panera downstairs which we used as a meeting place in the am with family and friends. The front desk staff and bell hop was amazing and quick. Couldn't say one bad thing about this hotel.

I loved the service we received at the Hyatt. It is a beautiful hotel. The food was also amazing, everyone at our wedding loved there meal. I would recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect wedding experience. The Hyatt even saved the day when Edibles Incredible dropped the ball. The Hyatt really went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure our wedding was perfect.

I grew up near Reston town center so I knew I wanted my reception there. I can tell you that it FAR exceeded any expectations I had. I worked with Laura for about a year and a week and she was nothing but helpful and caring. They were so organized and on top of things and as a person that was planning My wedding, I so appreciated vendors who I could but my full faith and with her I had no doubt. She was professional, timely and so sweet. I recently met her partner Stephanie and she was super helpful as well and on top of things just like Laura. It made me so happy to have them a part of our day! I highly Recommend these ladies as Well as this hotel as a whole. Everyone was so kind and spoiled us and made us feel like we We're truly royalty for a day! Thanks to all of you at the Hyatt regency for making our wedding day dreams come true for us and our friends and family!!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Laura at the Hyatt Regency Reston. She is so responsive and attentive and really took care of everything I needed on my big day. Our wedding was flawless and I know it's because of Laura and the amazing staff at the Hyatt. We could not be happier with our everything turned out. We absolutely loved all the food we tasted. We also got some great pictures around the hotel and the Reston Town Center. This hotel is great if you have a lot of people traveling for your wedding. There is so much around it! We are so happy we chose they Hyatt Regency Reston for our wedding!

The Hyatt staff was amazing to work with. They have such a great attention to detail and provided service beyond my expectations. Truly professionals. Laura in Catering was amazing to work with and every staff member from the bellmen to the banquet captains up towards management really made sure our wedding was perfect in every way. Highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Reston!

I absolutely loved having my reception at the Hyatt Regency - and the reason is because of our amazing catering manager Lori. The entire event went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant evening. I think choosing a great venue is key, but having someone there you can count on is what really matters. Lori was wonderful through the entire planning process. She answered my emails promptly, met with my decorator and my caterer and followed up with them prior to the event. She went above and beyond to make sure that our event would be a success. At the end of the night, she even had cake and food delivered to our room along with some other special goodies.The Hyatt Regency is a gorgeous hotel and their grand ballroom is stunning - but the best part about this venue is knowing you can count on Lori and her staff to put together a great event.

We were married in Leesburg, VA but the hotels in that area just weren't fitting our requirements for our guests . . . so we decided upon the Reston Regency Hyatt! The wedding block was SO easy to coordinate and they were all so helpful. Everyone had an easy time booking their room and the Hyatt was helpful with opening up new blocks to accomodate my guests. The rate was also amazing for the perfect location. All of the out of town guests absolutely loved the town center and being able to walk around/party/shop etc.!!!! The hotel staff did an excellent job of dropping off all of the welcome bags to all of the guests and they also took great care of me and my husband! I booked a suite for the weekend so that the girls and I could get ready for the day, it was DEFINITELY worth the cost. I highly recommend booking a suite to any brides who want to have their bridesmaids hang out with them in the room on the day of to get their hair/makeup done! The suite was bigger than my apartment and not all that expensive (maybe 330per night, I cannot remember). I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Reston for hotel accomodations for your wedding.

I am so happy that we ended up having our special day at the Hyatt Regency! They are extremely detail oriented, like myself which help put my mind at ease! They hotel is just beautiful, and they offer several customizable packages to choose from! I worked with both Anil and Mary, both of which were always very helpful and accommodating! Us brides, tend to be a much more strung out version of ourselves, but they never got frustrated. The day itself ran like a well oiled train. The staff was perfect, from making sure everyone had enough food, drinks, etc. They were always around picking up and refreshing drink, and they treated my husband and I like royalty! What more could you ask for?! The food was great! This was a HUGE concern for me. I was so worried that it would just be boring wedding food, and cold, or run late. But to my surprise, after our tasting all my fears were put to bed. All of the food was so good that we actually had a hard time choosing. We ultimately went with the Sea Bass and Filet. Everyone I talked to enjoyed their meals very much! We ended up using their in house lighting specialist's to add uplighting around the room and it made all the difference in the world! It is more money but SO worth it!

We held our daughter's wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency in the Reston Town Center on 4 September 2009. Everything was prepared exactly as we had requested and flawlessly and graciously executed from the arrangement of the gift table and the seating charts, to the hospitality for the wedding party in the holding room, to the cocktail reception and the dinner and dancing in the Regency Ballroom. My husband and I were completely at ease, able to enjoy ourselves and our guests throughout the whole evening. The food was the right temperature when it arrived and absolutely delicious. The quality of the crab cakes and the filet were exceptional. I received so many complements about them. I also appreciated the attentive service staff members, which were so competent and welcoming. It is not an easy task to serve a meal to 136 people and they did a beautiful job. The person I credit most with the success of the reception is Coco Dumont. She is an extraordinary catering manager. Our daughter was leaning toward an outdoor wedding and reception. When the logistics began to seem daunting, I offered to see what the Hyatt could propose. I knew all our guests would enjoy the hotel and the town center with all it had to offer (and they did!) and we liked the idea of staying in Reston. Coco captured my confidence and respect from the beginning. She was available when I had time to meet with her. She always responded to my questions promptly and fully. She made great suggestions based on her extensive experience. She stayed with us from beginning to end, personally managing and guiding every aspect and working until late in the evening to ensure the reception went well. She loves her work and her clients and it shows. When the reception was over and my husband and I went up to our room, we both agreed that it was a perfect evening full of joy, good friends, good food, and good music, everything we had hoped for and more. I highly recommend the Hyatt and Coco!

julie was our event coordinator and they did a fabulous job! The hotel itself is beautiful, they set up our honeymoon suite with all of our gifts and awaiting us was our wedding cake, with napkins, silver ware, drinks, and friendly card from Hyatt staff on the dining table when we got back from getting married! They did everything well....the filet mignon is great and the staff was plentiful and took care of everything.....

I'm so happy my husband and I decided to do our wedding at the Hyatt Regency in Reston! We were actually just looking at the Hyatt for our guests to stay initially, but we fell in love with the ballrooms and ended up doing our whole wedding here. Stephanie is the most amazing wedding coordinator and helped us so much along the way. She was extremely responsive to all of our emails and many, many needs. They had everything we could've wanted (nice linens, chivari chairs, etc.) and our guests loved having everything in the same place. Our ceremony was in one third of the Grand Ballroom and then we had our reception in the Regency Ballroom. Both ballrooms are absolutely gorgeous and have been recently renovated. The carpet is NOT horrible colors like most hotels and the chandeliers are gorgeous! Stephanie took care of timing and confirming with all of our vendors. She went out of her way to make sure we didn't have anything to worry about. She was also a great second opinion when we were deciding things for the wedding and has excellent vendor options if you're trying to decide on photographers, uplighting, etc. The food was great. We had three passed appetizers and a dip station which seemed to work great. Our meals were served timely and people seemed to really enjoy them. I wish there had been bread already on the tables for people when they walked into the ballroom just because our wedding was so late so I'm sure people were hungry, but it was served alongside the salads. Sara Schu was in charge of all the hotel rooms. We had a little trouble getting in contact with her at times, but in the end she had everything worked out for us and there weren't any concerns. A small complaint we had was that they wouldn't hand out our hospitality bags at the front desk when our guests checked in and they had someone come to the rooms post check-in. Loved the location and the Bridal Suite! Our guests enjoyed staying in the hotel. We used Tavern 64 for our late night afterparty and again for the brunch which made it convenient for our guests staying at the hotel.
