We will e-mail each member of your Bridal Party an Info letter to brief them on details (includes times, places, expectations, etc.)

WEDDING MANAGEMENT $1,450 Existing as a Relaxed Bride on Your Wedding Day

You are probably more familiar with the term “Day-of Coordination”, but honestly, That doesn’t really exist.

In reality this service starts before the actual day-of as we spend time coordinating your details by meeting with you, creating a timeline, talking with your vendors, and visiting your venue if were not familiar. You are planning the party of your life and want nothing to fall between the cracks! Stop worrying about who is going to set up your ceremony/reception items and make sure everything is ready before guest arrival. On the actual day we oversee vendors and assist with basic set-up while ensuring everything is the way you envisioned it. Our professional team of coordinators will work to resolve issues that may arise and make sure no details are missed. You will be able to relax and have a fun stress-free day! It has been an honor to receive referrals from families whom have booked us for multiple weddings during our 18 years.We also offer save-the-dates, bridal shower, wedding invitations, programs, bridal accessories, menu cards, maps, gown preservation, calligraphy services and more!  

 

3 Consultations included (1. Initial consult via phone, skype or in-person you choose, 2. Details/Logistics meeting 2 mos. out to discuss timeline, 3. Final phone call week of) Collection of your basic set-up items takes place at your rehearsal if we are coordinating it otherwise we will discuss arrangements **Extra meetings may be added at $75 per hour if you feel you need more consultation time or consider Princess Service**

You will be assigned to your Wedding Coordinator up to 60 days prior to the event and up to 2 Event Assistants will accompany on the day of depending on size/scope of event

You don’t have to wear a watch as we Coordinate events at Reception (grand entrance, dining, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss)

You can rest assured that your guest tables will have the correct number of chairs, favors, etc.

You don’t have to pack up your belongings at the end as we place your items in assigned vehicle(s)

You don’t have to pay the florist extra to pin on corsages, boutonnieres, distribute bouquets to wedding party

You can count on us for Basic Set-up and collection of unity candle, guest book/pen, escort cards, pictures, favors, tape loose cards to gifts, box top of wedding cake, wash and pack toasting flutes, cake and knife server. **Extra set-up beyond this may require an additional fee please inquire for quote**

You want your bouquet preserved after the wedding we can coordinate this for you (must be pre-arranged with deposit)

You will have our team greeting and assisting your guests with escort cards, reception seating and questions

Wedding Starter Services Solution $450

Makes a great gift for any Couple getting married or purchase it for you! One in person meeting up to 2 hours (or phone call/skype ) to get to know your needs/vision for wedding so we can recommend venues based on budget and style. Includes ideas, cost-savings solutions, and Q&A. One 2nd Meeting in person to accompany you to 3 venues helping assess and ask the right questions. (This will need to be on the same day if possible and be up to 3 hours total allowing up to one hour at each venue) 6 vendor referrals of your choice based on needs and budget. Example: Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Hair/Makeup, Cake Designer, Favors, Florist/Centerpieces, Dress Shops, Tuxedos, etc. **Note this will NOT include planning or ON-SITE Coordination the day of the wedding. However, couple may choose to book our Wedding Management/Day-of Coordination or another package for more assistance.

 

Ask The Expert $150

This is the solution for the couple, that doesn't know where to start or has made their own plans, believes they has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with them. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the couple that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a package. We will meet once for two hours and go over any questions you may have.

We hired Tracie for Day Of Coordination at our wedding on March 18, 2017. I literally could not have made it through the months leading up to the event without her. On the actual day, I was relaxed and confident that Tracie and Samm, her assistant, had everything well in hand. One of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding planning process was using Tracie as my day of coordinator. Not only did she do SO MUCH for us on our wedding day, but she was such an amazing resource and help with the planning process as well. I would send countless email asking for her opinion and for her guidance throughout planning, and she would reply so fast and extend any help she could!! Thank god we were referred to Tracie because I can honestly say that we would never have been able to have the wedding we did with all the details without her. When we first met her, we loved her personality and appreciated how excited she was for us and how thorough and organized she was. We met again as the wedding got closer and then communicated by email or phone a lot with all the final details up until the wedding day. Being an artist and graphic designer and just a really detail-loving person, I had made a lot of things myself that needed to be brought to the church and The Colony Club (reception location) and a lot of strategic setup was required. I started to panic thinking that my whole vision for everything I made and bought and all the decor we brought in ourselves (so no vendor to set it up), was going to be shattered. However, Tracie and her team took care of everything flawlessly. They did not miss a detail. Tracie did an exceptional job of pulling everything together especially at the last minute. We sprung a lot on her the week of the wedding and she was calm, collected and extremely proactive in helping us figure out every last detail just how we wanted it. Her and her team were amazing the day of the wedding and were true pros. Tracie monitored everything throughout the reception and coordinated the flow, timing and order of everything while also keeping an eye on us to see if we needed anything. We are sooo grateful for Tracie and could never imagine how it would have all worked out without her. She is extremely personable and stays calm, collected and professional under high stress which allowed us to be able to enjoy the whole day without any worry or anxiety. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tracie with You're The Bride ~ You will be sooo glad she is your wedding coordinator when your big day comes:) She is a dream to work with!

Tracie was an absolute joy to work with! She brought everything together perfectly! I had her as a day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely fabulous. She helped me think of things that I was forgetting, and covered every base. I hadn't seen the venue until walking in getting introduced as Mr. And Mrs., and it was better than I imagined!
