The Vintage Rose specializes in Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions in Orange County and Southern California. The venue is rustic, vintage, chic and eclectic. The vibe and ambiance are elegant but relaxed and fun. We offer all-inclusive affordable wedding packages that are stress free. We pride ourselves in doing one event at a time and orchestrating the best parties in town with the help of our amazing team. When the time came to start planning a wedding, I knew one of the biggest decisions would be selecting the venue. The venue would determine everything from how many guests to invite, how many added costs would appear if things were not included, and how stressed out would I be the day of if things were out of my control. Luckily, from start to finish, the Vintage Rose and its entire staff kept everything running smoothly! The Vintage Rose offers packages that took so much pressure and decision making off my plate! And for those elements you still need to choose for yourself, the Vintage Rose has lists of vendors that are professional and held to a high standard. I selected my photographer, DJ, and officiant all from their preferred vendor lists and had nothing but good experiences with all of them. I worked mostly with Pat and Aida during the administrative process. Aida was always pleasant on the phone when I called with a question. Pat was easy going and always took the time to chat with me when I dropped off a payment. The wedding coordinator, Sandy, is simply the greatest. Sandy met with my fiancé and me a month prior to our wedding date, took all of our requests, and magically made everything happen. She had things scheduled down to the minute and was always prepared when unexpected things happened. She kept us stress-free the day of the wedding. Even when I felt things were beginning to stray from the master plan, I would always refer back to Sandy and she would know what to do. She was always positive and met every problem with a smile. Our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue is, how tasty the food was, and how much fun they had that night. The entire team (Sandy, Aida, Pat and Rose) at the Vintage Rose truly knows how to put on a wedding. I do not know if I could have done it so successfully without them!

If we could give The Vintage Rose 500 stars, we would. The Vintage Rose was the first venue that we viewed in our wedding venue search. We immediately fell in love and were pretty certain that this was the place we wanted to say “I do.” It was the perfect place for us. There are three separate spaces on site that we utilized, each having its own unique character and design that really gave us and our guests feeling like there were three different venues. There is the cocktail room that is very "vintage chic," the reception room that has graceful elegance, and the barn room for the ceremony that utilizes contrasting light to dark colors to perfection. The staff is amazing as well. Rose and Pat, the owners, truly know how to treat their couples and from our experience we know that they truly do care and want to put on the most amazing events. Our lead coordinator for our wedding was Sandy and she was fabulous as well, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. Everything at this venue is just top notch and at a great value. I do not think that there is any other venue that can match the thought, the sincerity, the value, and quality that The Vintage Rose can.

We are so happy that we chose the Vintage Rose. It was the first and only place we looked at. It had the look and feel we were looking for and included so many things (photo booth, cake, DJ, food, bar, flowers) that it made planning that much easier. All the staff were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Choosing this venue for our wedding was a no-brainer, but man were our expectations far exceeded. From the moment we had our first interaction with Rose and Pat, we knew The Vintage Rose experience would be incredible, memorable, and organized! Aide was our main point of contact during the months leading up to our wedding and she was wonderful to work with, always responsive and friendly. Sandy, our coordinator through the venue, is a wedding angel on earth! She is lovely and has the perfect personality for the job she so easily masters. She made sure everything ran seamlessly and was always ten steps ahead. So grateful for her! Our wedding was a few days after Christmas (who plans a wedding during the holiday chaos?!) and we know without a doubt, that we were so calm and confident in everything running smoothly because the staff here assured us that their intent was for our wedding to be perfect, and believe me, it was. From the staff, to the decor, to the DJ, to the food and late night taco bar, everything was better than we could’ve imagined. Rose, Sandy, Aide, Pat, and everyone on the team - thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us have the most unforgettable wedding experience!

This venue was one of the best experiences of our entire engagement year - namely because they made the entire planning process SO easy. What amazes me is that everything is inclusive, and yet the price is completely reasonable and affordable. It helped us keep our budget in check the entire year, helped keep me from dealing with too many vendors since everything was through Rose and her AMAZING month-of-coordinator Sandy. Speaking of which, Rose and Sandy are two of the sweetest, most patient, most talented and inspiring ladies I have ever met. (Aide too!) Come wedding day, everything went incredibly smoothly, it was unbelievable how on track and perfect everything was. I didn't have to worry about setting up a thing because everything was taken care of. In fact, we trusted them so much that we don't even remember a lot of the details, just that overall, the look and feel was perfect. It really allowed us to focus more on our friends, family, and each other. I can't rave enough about this venue. I wish we could do it all over again here. Our only regret about our wedding here is not getting a photo with these amazing women before our night was over. We are so sad to not get to work with Vintage Rose anymore, but we're hoping our friends get married here soon so we have another excuse to come visit. THANK YOU, VINTAGE ROSE!!!

Beautiful place with multiple ceremony options (and prices). Bridal suite big enough for my girls to get ready (8). Most importantly, they made this day so easy. Your month of coordinator is all you need. I didn't have to worry about anything. They supply the dj; we got Nic from Night and Day DJs... that dance floor was poppin' the entire night with guests sad that it was over. Comments from everyone we talked to: "beautiful!" "amazing staff" "never seen dinner done so well... fast and delicious" "taco bar!!!"

The most amazing venue i have ever seen. This place was perfect for my wedding!! Working with Aide, Pat, and Sandy was wonderful, they were in contact with me from the day i looked at the venue to my wedding day. everything was perfect because Sandy made sure everything was running smoothly. I don't even know where to begin! I'm confident that our wedding (3 months of planning) was an absolute success because of the Vintage Rose team PERIOD! It's nearly impossible to plan a wedding in 3 months, especially the kind of wedding we wanted but Rose, Aide and the team made our vision come to life!! My husband and I are both in the entertainment industry so, naturally, we wanted many aspects of entertainment incorporated in our wedding and reception, and we did. We had a 5 piece live band, our wedding party did a choreographed dance, we had a 13 member Polynesian dance group, including live musicians, my husband sang me a song, I performed 2 traditional Polynesian dances with the dance group and the only reason everything flowed PERFECTLY was because the Vintage Rose team was ultra organized, took care of every detail, over the top positive and friendly to us and all our guests. Our wedding, which we thought we threw together, turned out to be the most fun, entertaining, and not to mention BEAUTIFUL wedding ever! And that's coming from my guests!! I can't say enough about this epic group of people - The waiters, the DJ, everyone WOW!!! Another way they went above and beyond was when they sped up the construction on the stunning barn space just so we could have it for our big day!! Rose and Aide treated us like family - They put the effort, the love, the detail and the excellence into our wedding that we'd expect from family members throwing us a wedding. So appreciative. Still in awe at how seamless it all was. I LOVE this team and their amazing venue Xx

Just got married here last weekend. I love love love this venue. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stressless and all-inclusive venue. All that we had to get outside of this venue was a cake (because we chose a taco bar instead) and bouquets. Literally everything else came with the venue. We planned this wedding in under 6 months and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Literally everything was perfect! The staff is marvelous, the venue is to die for, and the food is absolutely delicious. We got a coordinator the month of the wedding (literally 1 month before the wedding Sandy reached out to us), who is by far one of the best things the venue includes. Sandy was simply amazing! She went above and beyond what we expected. Not once did she complain about anything, even with the last minute changes. Everyone is still raving about our wedding and that's all thanks to The Vintage Rose.

My wife and I had been searching for an all inclusive venue while planning our wedding. We knew it was a far stretch because we wanted the least amount of stress possible. Amazingly, The vintage rose was able to do that for us. All the staff was amazing and always very helpful. Sandy, the wedding coordinator, made the entire experience so easy for us, and everyone in the wedding party. She provided us with amazing direction and made sure we didn’t skip anything. Also, Sam, who operated the photo booth was great and very friendly, he even saved copies of the pictures for us so we wouldn’t miss anything! Overall, the vintage rose provided us with the experience we wanted and the wedding we were dreaming of. Thank you to all the staff that helped, you are all amazing!

The Vintage Rose was the first and only venue we visited. The moment we stepped in and met Rose, saw the place and heard what the venue had to offer we just knew we had to get married there. By having our wedding there we got our money's worth and SO much more! The whole experience in planning from the beginning to end was stress free! There was never a doubt that our wedding would be anything but amazing. Rose, thank you for welcoming us the first time we met. You made us feel so comfortable and knew we could trust and count on you and your beautiful venue to make our wedding spectacular! You have true gift in the way you set up the place. The ceremony and reception were decorated in such a charming way, all our guests took snapshots in front of almost every piece of decor! Pat, you were always quick to reply to our e-mails and phone calls. You never gave us the run around and always sounded eager and happy to help us with anything and we really appreciated that. Sandy, you were just outstanding and we're so grateful to have had you as our wedding coordinator. Your cheerful and positive attitude was contagious and made the planning so much fun and exciting! You had a way of making us and our day feel so special. We can't thank you enough for holding the fort down while we laughed and danced the night away. We got so many compliments on your efforts to make sure all the guests were doing great and that we were taken care of as well. You are an expert at what you do and any couple who gets the pleasure of working with you will be in wonderful hands. The service provided by every staff member was top notch and the food was amazing! Everyone had their fill in drinks and truly enjoyed the night! We are both still floating on cloud 9 and don't plan on coming down anytime soon! It may sound biased because it was our wedding but it was honestly the best wedding we've EVER been to!

Pat & Rose are amazing! They both take a lot of pride in what they do and it definitely shows. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The entire staff, Sandy, Aida, & Mary are all amazing as well and very helpful. The Vintage Rose has a winning team. Our wedding was PERFECT!!
