The Holiday Inn Mansfield is a 200 room hotel with over 7600 square feet of ballroom space.  The Grand Ballroom can seat up to 600 guests for a wedding ceremony and reception.  Typical weddings hosted on site will last between 6 and 6 1/2 hours.  The first hour is a cocktail reception located in the indoor garden atrium followed by five hours in the elegant Grand Ballroom.   The culinary staff are here to meet and exceed all of your expectations.  Please call the hotel to receive the wedding package and culinary meal choices.

Lots of amazing things to say about the Holiday Inn. From start to finish they were amazing. Tom is the main man who we dealt with to book our date and who was completely flexible when we had to change our date about a year after we booked due to having a baby. There was no problem and things moved along. As the date grew closer we worked with Sue who orchestrated the flow of the ceremony and reception so well. We were taken so well care of by all the staff. A wonderful place, a wonderful event, food was fantastic and everyone is still raving about it. Thank you thank you thank you

I had my wedding reception here and everything went wonderful. We did not have any problems. The cost was so much more reasonable than other venues in the area. The food was great and the service. All my guests had a great time. THe bonus to this place is that the reception is 6 hours long. An hour longer than most places so you don't think the night flies by. THe extra hour of dancing was great. I would recomment this place.

The event team at the Holiday Inn Mansfield is WONDERFUL. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding. Tom and Chris are WONDERFUL and true professionals. They are efficient and respond as soon as you contact them. Tom made us feel at ease and took care of everything. **The BEST part about this venue is that they are one of the few that offer a package deal. Our centerpieces, seating cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, cake and DJ were all part of a package price. We even could have included the tuxes and limo if we had chosen to! It made things SO much easier and took the stress out of paying each vendor separately.

The holiday inn in Mansfield was amazing and helped my wedding day go off without any flaws it was perfect. My guests were raving about the food all night, it was delicious, looked nice and was piping hot upon arrival at the tables. Service was fast and reliable. They setup my tables perfectly, they always answered all questions I had. I would recommend this as a venue to anyone! Gorgeous!!

Overall we were very happy with the Holiday Inn Mansfield for our wedding reception!!! I looked at so many places and this was really the only affordable place we could find that had the elegance and look we desired. The ballroom is gorgeous and the atrium cocktail space can accommodate many guests. They have discounts with a lot of the preferred vendors which was a selling point. Over our 2 year engagement, we started off with Tom as the catering director and we loved him. Once he left for personal reasons, we got Rob up to speed. Unfortunately about 2 months before the wedding - there was a change of ownership and they let Rob go - we were pretty disappointed but were told that we would be in good hands. Prices were locked in which was good - menu didn't change (food was so good!!!) But we were a little unhappy with the new catering director. He didn't pay that close attention to detail and he missed a few minor details - But luckily the Matre'D, Jim, was on top of things. He put us at ease and had a much better attitude towards us where I felt like I was kind of bothering the new catering director whenever I had questions. But overall, it was a really great day and experience for us! What we got for our money, was really outstanding. Also a key factor, was that you could pick whatever hours you wanted for the reception, Saturday is the same cost as any other day, and there were no minimums on the food purchase. It was really the only option for us!!! And everything went smoothly : )
