My family and I had a great experience working with everybody at the Hyatt in Lisle and our wedding turned out PERFECT. Erica the wedding planner was beyond helpful and extremely patient when dealing with my crazy family. She was welcoming and accommodating, and always got back to us in a timely manner. The room rate for our block of rooms was affordable, the best rate we came across when searching around. I trusted the kind and hardworking staff to receive and/or set up from my vendors which included DJ, flowers, and cake. The hotel let us drop off reception necessities the day before to then set up on the day of. I can't say it enough, but everything was perfect. My husband and I ended the night exhausted, then enterd our panoramic suite to a kind note and gift from Erica. The morning after the wedding the staff YET AGAIN surprised us with a private buffet for the guests that stayed the night at the hotel. We knew ahead of time there would be a breakfast, but the fact that we had a private room and buffet was an added bonus and surprise. I can't say enough great things about our experience and amazing wedding. I would definitely recommend having an event here!!

I can not say enough about the Hyatt in Lisle! First of all, if you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is fast to reply, caters to all of your needs, and listens patiently to all of your ideas- then look no further than Victoria! All we had to do was bring all of our ceremony/reception items and she set it all up like I had dreamed. Our guests are STILL talking about how great the food tasted and how beautiful everything was. The pavilion was a perfect ceremony space and was different than just having it in a ballroom. It was very convenient for our guests to attend the ceremony in the pavilion and then walk down the hall for the cocktail hour/reception. We were able to continue the time with our family and friends after the reception at the well stocked hotel bar and in the White Oak room. Definitely look into having your wedding here if you are looking for a reasonably priced venue that gives you everything you've wanted with an AWESOME coordinator. I couldn't be happier!

I loved working with Hyatt Lisle. Our wedding coordinator was AMAZING. I had a lot of questions and she was always there when I called to answer them. She was also very quick to respond to my emails. Although she was not able to be there on the day of my wedding the two ladies that took over were AMAZING as well. I took over my box of stuff a couple of days before the wedding and just explained to them what I wanted and then on the day they had made my idea come come true and even more. Everything was set up perfectly and throughout the night they made sure that everything was going well and if I needed anything. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. I also recommend having a reception at a hotel because then there is no concern about shuttles.

We used the Hyatt Lisle for our guests to stay at for the weekend of our wedding. The Hyatt was fantastic to work with, they made it so easy for our guest to make reservations without any problem. The room blocks that they put in place for us were perfect, we didn't run out of rooms and everyone couldn't be happier. We also used the Hyatt for our luncheon on the day of the wedding prior to going to our ceremony and reception. Their food was excellent at the Chatfield's Restaurant located inside the Hyatt Lisle. Very nice lobby and lounge area, I highly recommend the Hyatt Lisle.

My fiancee and I had our wedding at the Hyatt Lisle and couldn't be more pleased! Our ceremony was held in a beautiful white pavilion-style tent on site, and our reception was held in the ballroom - we didn't have to share walls with any other wedding! We also had our guest room block at the hotel. With everything in one place, it was very convenient! The newly renovated rooms were beautiful, as was the pavilion, the ballroom, and the lobby. The hotel was only a couple of blocks from a cute park - we used the hotel shuttle to take the bridal party there for pictures. Brad R., the event manager, was so accommodating to dietary restrictions and our vendor needs, and gave great recommendations for meal planning, room set-up, and other ways to make our wedding beautiful and elegant. The rest of the hotel staff was very curteous and helpful as well - they even found forgotten items for me the next day, and held them until I came back to pick them up! Everyone commented on how nice the facilities were at the hotel - I was very happy with our venue pick for our wedding!

Wow, I never knew one venue could be soooo helpful! The Hyatt staff did every little thing I asked for and were extremely accommodating! I could not have asked for a better venue!

The staff at the Hyatt are amazing! Everything we needed or wanted they did for us. We were a March wedding so we got a lot of discounts. The venue is beautiful; we got married there as well. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants a reception at a hotel- it was perfect!

Overall, my experience with the Hyatt Lisle was AMAZING and would definitely recommend. First of all, the place is gorgeous - there is a waterfall in the lobby! They only host one wedding reception at a time so the entire space is dedicated to your group. The cocktail area is open and beautiful, but it's nothing compared to how wonderful their ballroom is. We easily fit our 200 guests and there was space for more. My DJ and florist had worked with the Hyatt before and had nothing but good things to say about them and how well they work with vendors. The wedding coordinator there was absolutely incredible and I'm so glad I had her help the day of my wedding! Secondly, the food was to die for. I had heard that their food was good, but I wasn't expecting how great it would be. Definitely get the chicken rice soup - I would have eaten that all night if I could! Even more than that, the wait staff were phenomenal. The waiter for our head table was very attentive and knowledgeable, and kept checking back with us to see if we needed anything. We ended up leaving halfway through dinner to walk around and visit all the tables, so he saved our dinner for us and even prepared it to-go so we could take it with us when we left that night! The only problems we ran into were with the front desk staff. We had asked ahead of time for tall chairs and a full length mirror in the room where the bridal party was to get ready, and we were supposed to have this room from 8 am to 8 pm. We got to the room and nothing was there, it took multiple calls to the front desk to get what we needed. When we came back to the hotel after the wedding (5pm) they told us we had to move out of the room immediately. It wasn't that much of a hassle, but since it was my wedding day it was not something I wanted to deal with, and we had confirmed multiple times that we had the room until 8 pm. Overall only a hiccup in the day, but easily could have been avoided if they had been doing their jobs.

We had our wedding at the Hyatt in October 2013. We were thrilled and multiple people told us it was the best wedding they had been to! We decided to have our wedding at the Hyatt for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, Brad was absolutely amazing. He was professional, responsive, and tailored the wedding to our needs. I honestly don't think we would have had the same experience without him. We also wanted to have our wedding reception at a hotel to make it easier for our guests. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Our guests received their welcome bags easily and we had no complaints about check-in. We had both our rehearsal, reception, and gift opening breakfast at the Hyatt, and the food was great. We had passed h'ors d'oeurves, dinner, and late night snacks. The open bar also served decent alcohol (no Skol vodka here). The table runners, chair covers, and napkins all looked gorgeous, as well. One more thing, the entire staff that worked our wedding weekend was AMAZING! Pablo even saved our dinner (that my husband and I didn't get a chance to eat), refrigerated, and gave it to us to take home the next day. They packaged our champagne flutes, cake cutting knives/server, etc and were so accommodating to everyone. Honestly, the Hyatt really stepped it up and made our day great!
