talk about a nightmare experience and we don't even have the hard copies of the invites yet. complete chaos. we had to do most of the work as the typesetter situation was horrendous and they couldn't get anything right. plus they have shipped the invitations to my home when they were clearly supposed to ship to a specific store for pick up. one misstep after another. DO NOT USE!!!

I kicked off an order on March 31st to get wedding invites printed for a July wedding. I even upgraded to 1 day shipping to expedite the process, since our wedding is coming up really soon and we need to let our guests know the details. Currently, I'm sitting here with a pile of envelopes with no ETA for when the invites will be printed or shipped. I want a refund! I could have gotten my cards printed at the local copy store weeks ago.

AWFUL customer service. I ordered 20 wedding invitations. Shipping time was delayed. After trying to call at least three different times, wait times were >20 minutes each time, only to be kicked off the line or put through to a busy signal. Frustrated, I emailed them, with a response in 48 hours. Finally received our photo invitations to find the photos were printed very dark. So, after multiple emails days apart, they said that the type of paper absorbs the ink and photos would appear 50% darker (NONE of which is mentioned on the website during proofing). They offered a discount on a reprint, which they recommended I change the lighting on our photo FIRST and check it myself, then they would reprint. if they had mentioned this on the website, or if their vendors/printers did this automatically to ensure a quality print, this could have all been avoided!!! Now, after expressing my disdain for this "resolution," I have not heard anything back. I am only thankful that we chose to send the majority of our invitations electronically - otherwise we would be stuck with no invitations sent out on time, and a huge added cost! STAY AWAY.

The worst company ever. I have waited weeks for my order which was supposed to be here in one week. I call customer service daily, have to wait over an hour on hold, each agent promises the order will be here the next day. I still don't have it. I hate them.

I ordered our wedding invitations from the PaperSource store in Annapolis, MD. Specifically, I worked with Maxi at the Annapolis location. Maxi was fantastic to work with! She explained the printing process and how long everything would take. She was patient and helpful through several revisions. Our invitations turned out beautifully and were just what I had imagined. I am already receiving compliments from guests and invitations were just mailed a week ago! PaperSource may be a bit more expensive invitation option, but in my opinion the assistance they provide and the quality of the finished product makes it worthwhile. I am very pleased with our invitations!

We have a paper source store in Germantown right outside of Memphis, TN. They were very helpful with finding and personalizing my wedding invitations. The sales associate and I ordered them through the website in order to get special things added to it and shipping to the store was free. It only took about 2-3 weeks for them to come in and I had several proofs to make sure everything was correct. I was really happy with the invitations!

We ordered our wedding invitations from the Baltimore location and couldn't be happier with the result. Meg patiently explained the printing techniques and helped us find a design that worked perfectly. She and Joselle helped us review and finalize our invitation proofs and explained every step of the process. The final product arrived on time, and we received several compliments from guests on how attractive the invitations were. We received a superior level of customer service from both Meg and Joselle and would recommend the Baltimore Paper Source location to anyone looking for wedding invitations!

It has been a disaster. You should NOT use them. Designing the card was a nightmare. Every time I uploaded a picture, it crashed. Then when the card seemed done, I went to add the saved card to my cart, and none of the photos would display when I previewed it again to be sure. Finally, after rebooting my computer and starting over 3 times, I was able to get the design with the photos. I emailed the company multiple times and only got one automatic response. Today the cards arrived. 3 of the 6 pictures are missing on the card and have blank spaces (see attached). I went online to look at the card saved in my files and the pictures are there. I called their customer service. The first time I called, I was customer #25 in line but when I got to #18 they dropped my call after 20 minutes on hold. I called again later. I was caller #10 and was dropped after 10 minutes. I am now on hold again, caller #15 and it has been 16 minutes already and I only moved to caller #12. I did not lose the calls because I have my phone on speaker and a table not touching anything (I am not holding the phone). They dropped my call, probably on purpose. DO NOT use this company.

Oh, Paper Source, you have no idea how much I wanted to love you with your shelves & tables of nick-knacks (anything from any kind of Calendar you could ever want to cute party tricks and toys), great selection of cards, stamps, and stationary etc. but the staff...well, they were just not friendly. My family are not DIY crafty by nature. But, for my daughters wedding, she wanted a specific non-traditional invite. So, after much research, I knew I would be using a free template from Weddingchicks, the invite from Vistaprint (easy peasy) and everything else from Papersource. We walked in the store and no one greeted or attempted to help us-although we stood and looked in the direction of the sales desk where 3 ladies were standing for over five minutes. My daughter suddenly yelled out "Hello! does anyone work here?". That's when we were assisted. We explained our predicament and were given guidance, but walked out the store empty-handed with only a slightly better understanding of what we needed to do. The next time, after more research, I was able to come in with a list. Again, I had to walk to a salesperson to ask for assistance, but I got what I needed. We glittered and blinged...and, I saved hundreds of dollars and the invites were so beautiful.

A few days before my wedding I need last minute items like additional signs, cards, note cards, gift bags, etc. The Paper Source is my favorite stationary store and they are so helpful. I got everything I needed and what I didn't use was super easy to return.

Paper Source in Washington, DC was a great option for our wedding invitations. They were extremely helpful showing us the books of invitations and were extremely communicative about the timeline and making sure that we knew exactly when each stage of the process was happening. They had a ton of options which was a tad overwhelming but we ended up with exactly what we wanted!
