Not what I was expecting at all...I was originally really excited to have our wedding at Noah's. But when the actual day came there were many things I felt were they did not come through on that they were supposed to. We had the main hall which was not cheap and my guests ended up doing the majority of the switch over instead of the workers. There was no sense of urgency and they only had 2 girls working for a 240 person wedding party. They also had the fridge turned up so high that it froze all of my flowers. That was a waste of about $600 (just cost of the flowers). When I talked to them about it the girl at the front desk had nothing to say about the switch over, not even an apology and when we talked about the flowers she just said "you guys should have said something". Duh if we would have known it was that high we would have caught it earlier and my flowers wouldn't have froze. Damage was already done. Not to mention it also froze all my caterer's salad... Very unhappy with Noahs and I wont ever refer anyone I know to them.

So I wanted to give an update on my review I left a couple of days ago! All wasnt bad at my wedding so I would like to say thank you to Whitney and her team that helped with anything and everything. After expressing my frustrations I got a call from Whitney who I was really happy to hear from and she was very understanding of the mishaps and just listened to what I had to say. That goes really far in my book and for that very reason I will be using them again and will be referring people I know to them for any events. I appreciate when my concerns are heard and Whitney did that for me! The day of my wedding was really beautiful and I owe a lot of that to the crew at Noahs! Thanks guys!

Noah's Event Venue was a beautiful setting for our evening wedding. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and that made the process very helpful. I love that when we got to the venue, every thing was set and when ever anything was needed, they were right there. I do wish that there was some kind of a garden at the Venue to take pictures but we still made it work. Thank you Noah's

The team at Noah's was awesome to work with. They were happy to show us all around and talk us through everything. They were totally on top of their game with helping us order linens and figuring out our room set up. I love that they included a room reset and they were very subtle about it. My guests barely noticed that the room was reset until we started the first dance. It was an absolute beautiful space and the sound quality was great. My only complaint was that they were extremely difficult to set up a rehearsal with. The only time that my fiance and I could do the rehearsal was the morning of the wedding due to work schedules and flights from the wedding party. The staff really didn't want us to do it, which I can kind of understand, but they were really unwilling to work with us on it.

My venue cancelled on me two months before my wedding so, needless to say, I was in tears. I couldn't find anywhere that had my date available. Finally, a friend mentioned NOAH's so I went to check out the space. I really wanted a garden type feel and the patio terrace was PERFECT! We ended up booking with NOAH's and they helped us with linens and clean up. We loved that we were able to bring our own food in and had very little restrictions as far as venues go. The staff was very accommodating even when I decided to change a few linen colors two hours before my reception. We decided to book the terrace, the brides room on the third floor, and the game room downstairs (for the kids to play in) and it was absolutely wonderful. Every single room was perfect and I'm so happy we ended up going with them. I'd definitely use them again!

Noah's has been great to work with! I originally looked at the venue in May, a week after we got engaged, and almost a year before our wedding. I instantly fell in love. However, I spent the next few months drafting a budget, shopping other venues, and slacking on setting things in stone. Noah's called me occasionally to check in, which I really appreciated and didn't have happen from the other venues I had looked at! They didn't call so much that it was annoying, but they called enough for me to remember them. The whole staff was really patient with me and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed or pressured to book with them. The staff's friendliness is one of the main reasons that I have now booked with them. Anything that I've requested they have accommodated. They've also been willing to work within my budget and compromise on a lot of things with me.

My overall experience at Noahs has been a huge disappointment. There were many things that went wrong. We had one of bridesmaid on the night of the wedding to track down one of the staff members to ask why the proper linen colors weren't on the tables. She was told her that the linens were never written down and ordered. Are you serious? How could they have forgotten one of the more important things of the wedding? This was unbelievable that they messed up so bad. Another complaint we had was that when we came earlier this year to look at the venue we were never told that how hot the venue would be as a concern when we were choosing between the 1st or 3rd floor to hold our wedding reception. We realized the 3rd floor had opened areas that looked like windows. We were told the fans would keep cool down the room. When we got to the venue on the day of the wedding, the fans in the 3rd floor barely even cooled down the temperature in the room since they weren't strong enough to drop the temperature to a comfortable level. I looked up the temperature on my phone to see how truly hot it was on the wedding night. The temperature was 95 degrees outside around 5pm. Later the temperature dropped to about 86 degree by 10pm. The inside of the venue wasn't that much cooler from the outside. Many of my guest complained about how hot they were. They were sweating a lot and felt uncomfortable throughout the night. Some of the chairs to the various tables in the venue were old and had a lot of black spots on the seat cushion. I tried to wipe off the chairs however it didn't come off. I couldn't believe Noahs had chairs like these. I wouldn't recommend this venue for anyone doing an event especially a wedding. The customer service and quality of the venue isn't up to par to other wedding venues in Utah. Their lack for a timely response to a complaint email is very poor. Even though this venue is less expensive than others, you definitely get what you pay for.

Noah's South Jordan is a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony and reception in the large room, and it was awesome! They are very organized, and they set up the venue (chairs, tables, etc) for you. Since it is a national organization, it is tough to get in contact with a particular location. Also, since there are several rooms, other events can be going on during your ceremony/reception. However, even though other people were there when our ceremony started, it was not at all a distraction. I would definitely recommend Noah's for a ceremony/ reception.

We did have a beautiful event, but when we booked event there were beautiful wooden chairs and 2 weeks before event we went to lay out event and wooden chairs were gone. No one mentioned we would not be having those beautiful chairs for our wedding. They have you pay everything up front so you have no leverage with your needs being met. The manager was professional but I felt the girl helping us accused us of lying about not being told about the chairs. They also told us we could have any cater we wanted, but come to find out they just charge it to the cater, so you get charged one way or the other. I also hate how they charge you for a brides room and grooms room. We are having a wedding of course we need these rooms, add it into the charge and don't make me have to decide if I want to have these rooms.
