I can not praise The Grand Marquis enough!! I worked with Lauren, who was absolutely amazing. As with any event there were a few bumps in the road but Lauren worked with us every step of the way to make sure the day was perfect. The new owners were also nice and accomodated us to the best of their ability. The food was delicious, the service was spectacular, and atmosphere was wonderful. Our day turned out perfect from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. I would highly reccomned this Venue for a wedding or any other special occasion. I hope to be back some day for future events! Thank you again to Lauren and the entire staff!!!! Sincerely Jennifer & Christopher

The place was gorgeous. They were able to give us a great deal because the wedding was sunday afternoon rather than in the evening. They were willing to work with us so we could have what we wanted. They allowed us to bring in a kosher caterer and obtained the kosher wines we wanted to have at the event and made delicious sangrias (to go along with our wine theme). The rooms were gorgeous and they were a delight to work with.

The Grand Marquis and its staff were absolutely wonderful! Our Wedding Reception was perfect and even more then we could have imagined! The food was delicious and the done room looked beautiful. It was our fairytale!

We recently had our wedding at the Grand Marquis. We have gotten so many compliments about everything from how beautiful the venue is, to the service and the food. We were in the dome room: on our first visit there, we walked into the room and I knew right away we'd end up booking there, as my now wife fell in love with it. There were some communication issues early on as we ended up having our banquet manager switched, and prior to that had some trouble getting responses. However, with a few months to go, we attended the tasting and Elizabeth took over our event. From there everything went very smoothly as she did a great job in answering all of our questions and taking care of all of our requests. She definitely helped my wife and I feel at ease, especially as the day got closer and we were starting to worry about all the details - not necessary as Elizabeth had it covered. We definitely lucked out when she was assigned to us (even though she is a Rangers fan!) We did enjoy the food very much - I could barely eat my dinner (which was delicious) because there were so many great things to eat during the cocktail hour, and I had to force myself to sample a few of the dessert stations. Our maitre'd, Chris, has definitely run a few weddings before - he was professional yet forceful, making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The bridal attendant, Ashley, was amazing. From bustling the bridal gown to making sure the bridal party was fed (including drinks), she was everywhere and we had everything we needed. Our captain, Wanda, did a good job of taking care of our "VIP" guests, and was always at our sweetheart table to make sure we had what we needed. If you're looking for a venue I would definitely recommend going to check out the Grand Marquis. We had a great time and are hoping we get invited to someone else's wedding here!

MY WEDDING WAS HERE AND I CANT SAY ENOUGH! THE COCKTAIL HOUR WAS AMAZING, ALTHOUGH I KICK MYSELF FOR NOT EATING! THEY WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT IT BEING ONE OF THE BEST WEDDING THEY HAVE BEEN TO. THE ROOM WE HAD (THE DOME ROOM) LOOKS SO AMAZING AT NIGHT AND THE TRANSITION FROM CEREMONY TO RECEPTION WAS PERFECT! FOR THE PRICES AND SERVICE IT BEATS ALL. I JUST NEED SOMEONE I KNOW TO HAVE THEIR WEDDING THERE SO I CAN ENJOY AS A GUEST!!

We all enjoyed the food, service and space of this venue. The restaurant, staff, host was wonderful. They made sure everything was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better. The cocktail hour was amazing had everything you could imagine. Dinner was great and the Venetian table was awesome, full of great desserts, fruits, chocolate etc. I highly recommend.

I had both my ceremony and reception here. The transition between the rooms was seamless. The dome room was beautiful. I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in and then the prices were very reasonable compared to all of the shopping around I had done. The food was delicious. The cocktail room was somewhat small (the one associated to the dome room) but I did have the max amount of people for the room. However, there were a lot of tables during the cocktail hour which was very nice. They were very catering to the bride and groom. We had private cocktail hour for ourselves which was down in the bridal suite by the time we got there. And our drinks were always full the rest of the night. They were short staffed on waiters due to some quiting after the afternoon bat mitzvah so the food came out a little later than we had anticipated which was somewhat of an issue for the grandparents but if that is the worst that happens on your wedding day, then all in all I would call it a great night. At least it was worth the wait and stil hot! In hindsight I can honestly say I would not have changed a thing.

For the most part, our experience with Grand Marquis was beyond wonderful. The venue couldn't be more beautiful, everybody raved about the food, most of the staff went out of its way to fulfill our every wish. The only problem was that sometimes communication would break down among the management staff, and at one point during the wedding this led one of the managers to snipe some rather unkind accusations AT THE BRIDE, right while she was sitting with her groom at the sweetheart table. How on Earth that manager thought the bride should be taken to task for musicians sitting where they weren't supposed to sit is really beyond me, but I hope that woman takes anger management and logic classes, because it was unprofessional, unkind, and illogical behavior on her part.

A great venue but some communication issues. Our first consultations were exceptional and Joe was excellent. We were in the dome room which has just been redone this year and looks amazing! It is beautiful and classy without being overdone. The food is also delicious! All of our guests were raving about the quality and amount of food and the amazing dessert room! Bartenders were friendly and Wanda was wonderful. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and also catered to our parents. The only thing about using the GM is that communication was an issue. Megan was great until the month before the wedding and then stopped promptly answering emails or calls. It was frustrating as this was the most stressful time and I wasn't receiving any communication back. She had also told us that table numbers were not provided, we could pick up our gifts and decor the day after the wedding, and that a check would be issued to us on the day of the wedding with the balance (we had overpaid). On the day of the wedding, we had incorporated table numbers into our centerpieces. When I walked into the ballroom, there were printed table numbers in awful gold frames next to our centerpieces. They didn't match our decor at all. When I told the maitre-d, Austin, I wanted them removed, they were removed. However, they still got in our photos. At the end of the wedding, Austin started collecting all of our items for us. We were told leaving them until the next day was not an option. The valet was all backed-up as well due to a sweet 16. Our shuttle bus was unable to pick us up for about 15 min due to the disorganization of the valet. Guests were frustrated. After the wedding I realized we had never received the check. It took multiple phone calls before the check was finally mailed out. I did love the GM and my wedding was beautiful but the poor communication really put a damper on the night. If their staff could get on the same page, this venue would be perfect.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Grand Marquis. My fiancé spoke to Meagan (one of the venue consultants) over the phone. Meagan gave my fiancé a quote for holding our wedding at that location scheduled for May of 2018. Based on this, my fiancé and his family travelled over two and a half hours to Grand Marquis. After giving them a tour of the location, my fiancé and his family sat down with Meagan to discuss pricing. Meagan proceeds to give them a quote that is MORE THAN DOUBLE the price per person than the quote she originally told us over the phone. When my fiancé asked why there was such a big discrepancy she states "I underestimated." I wish they were more honest with their pricing over the phone so we wouldn't have wasted so much of our time!
